A Long Weekend in Dublin

From Cardiff airport we took the 35 minute flight to Dublin. Our base for our visit was the Camden court hotel.

We walked into the City Center which was decorated for Christmas, in the evening we popped into O'Donagues to listen to a traditional Irish band.

Rob nipped into a local barber's for a Close Shave.

Even though it was very cold, we jumped on an open tour bus for a Trip around the City. Took a walk around Dublin castle and Phoenix park.

We did a tour of the World Famous Guinness brewery.

We did a tour of the Famous Whiskey Distillery in Bow Street. In the evening we walked over to Whelan's bar to listen to a very talented duet, followed by a curry at the Surma restaurant.

On our final day we did a bit of Christmas shopping before popping into the Bleeding horse pub for a sandwich and a couple of drinks before flying home.
