A trip to Kolios Winery

The PRA organised a visit to the Kolios winery, the coach left Pissouri at lunch time and made its way up to the Village of Statos Ayios Fotios which lies in the Paphos region of Cyprus.
The first order of the day was the wine tasting, we tried a variety of wines including White, Rose and Reds. We then went on a short tour of the winery which was very informative. The winery uses no irrigation on the vines, it just relies on the Winter rains.

We then sat down for a lovely Meze lunch washed down with a few glasses of wine.
