A day mostly filled with driving to Las Vegas! 5 hours... but some great scenery along the way, and a very random 50’s themed diner for lunch (which was pretty grim). To say the first time in Vegas is overwhelming is an understatement! It’s crazy and beautiful all at once... we had a little explore this evening at New York New York, and had some incredible Chinese food... but by 10pm we were done and will explore more tomorrow before seeing Christina Aguilera in Planet Hollywood tomorrow night!
The Following day Lisa and Andrew set about exploring this Amazing City of Las Vegas.
"We went for a tour bus along the strip and along old Vegas, went along Fremont street and found a happy hour where we had lunch... at Mickey Finns... we then went back, got changed and went to see Christina Aguilera at planet Hollywood. She was amazing. Lisa lost her bag in a chicken shop and we had murder getting to our room but a very helpful waitress handed her bag into security and we got back finally at 3am!! A great day overall and UB40 tomorrow night with Shaggy! "
Lisa and Andrew finished off their road trip with a few days relaxing in Palm Springs before flying home from Los Angeles.
