Sadly, Mandy had to return to the UK to attend her brother’s funeral. Tony was a well known and talented professional singer on the Birmingham cabaret circuit.
Mandy would publicly like to thank Tony’s daughters, Tanith and Shelly for organising Tony’s funeral with such dignity and consideration for their Father’s memory. The whole day was a superb tribute to him.

Alektora Hike
The village of Alektora was the starting point for a 15k walk to Aphrodite hills. This walk passes through vineyards, a forest, an open plateau and has stunning views of the surrounding area.
Highlights of the walk are the Well of Franks which sits astride an old Roman road that once lead from the harbour at Akrotiri to the town of Kouklia. The walk also passes by the church of Ayios Georgios and a renovated Hani, which was an old stage post for travellers and was built about 300 years ago.
