A new Home

After 3 years in our present home we decided that it was time for a move so we are now surrounded by packing boxes as we prepare for moving day

Holly's BBQ and the Starlight party

This weekend we popped over to the Pine bay club to attend the Starlight dance party. The afternoon started with a bbq meal and the several hours of entertainment provided by Chris King,  Ben Mills and Sticky Vicky.

On a beautiful Sunday afternoon were invited to a BBQ by a very special girl, Holly flew in from the UK to spend sometime with here Grandparents who served up a delicious meal. Holly made some cup cakes which proved very popular.

5.5 Earthquake

We were sitting outside the house this morning enjoying a mid morning coffee when the whole ground started to shake as we felt a 5.5 earthquake.

Shops in Paphos suffered damage to stock but thankfully no injuries were reported.

Easter

The Easter festivities once again arrive in Pissouri but this year the weather has not been so kind with still no real sign of Spring arriving.

To celebrate Jill's birthday we went for a meal at The Bunch of Grapes restaurant. We all agreed that the Bunch of grapes is one of the best restaurants in the area.

On the way home we stopped off at St Andrews church to see the locals at the Midnight service, where a large crowd gathered to celebrate Easter.

Spring BBQ

Spring seems to have finally arrived in Cyprus and we made our way down to the 1911 club for their Spring BBQ. Some lovely food, music by DJ Tracy and lots of laughs made for a great afternoon.
