Cari turns 6 & Christiana's Christening

 Back in South Wales our little Cari turned six years old. Cari joined her brother, Jude, along with Lee, Pat, Lisa and Andrew for a weekend trip. It was also the debut for the new camper van (Bernie), as the guys spent some family time at Ogmore. 

Panagiotis and Marygrace kindly invited us to their daughter's, Christiana, Christening. The traditional Orthodox service took place at Apostolos Andrea's Church in the heart of Pissouri. 

The guests were then treated to a Souvla lunch at the family's Artermis restaurant down in Pissouri bay.

A day in Limassol and The Flavs in New Orleans

 On a bright but breezy day we drove over to the town  Limassol with Pete and Tania. We took a walk along the sea front. We then had lunch at "shakes" before returning to Pissouri. 

Lisa and Andrew returned home from their trip to New Orleans where they truly enjoyed their trip Stateside. 

Sheena and Bryan visit Cyprus

    Our old friends and Neighbours, Sheena and Bryan, who lived in Cyprus for many years made a return to the island for a short holiday. 

We met up with them at the Klimitaria taverna in the village of Mandria. We had not seen each other for several years, so we had a lot to catch up on as we enjoyed a BBQ lunch....and before we knew it, over three hours had passed by.
