On Sunday morning we nipped over to Delizie cafe for brunch. The Delizie have recently been renovated and added a new menu. Mandy had the grilled fillet of chicken with roast vegetables and Rob had the Carbonara. The food was excellent and really good value.
In the evening Mandy and some friends made their way over to Rantzo taverna to see the Lionel Ritchie tribute act performed by Hamilton Browne.
Meanwhile in London, Mandy's niece, Tanith , took part in the Capitals marathon. Tanith completed the course in 5hr -30 min, a great effort.
On a beautiful Spring day, we popped over to The Pine Bay club for their "St George's day" party. The music was provided by "AJ" and a superb buffet was served up by Kate and Roger.
Friday evening saw us popping over to the Giannis steak restaurant in the village of Paramali. A warm evening and some lovely food made for a great meal.
We made our way back to Pissouri and went to the re opening party of the Iron horse bar, the music was provided by Aimie Flack and a lovely atmosphere made for a great night.
Back in Wales Jude got a new Toy Chicken and was a little unsure of it at first......
The view from our balcony as the storm clouds gathered over the Village of Pissouri. Sadly, we only had a brief shower of rain, we badly need the water for the coming Summer.
Jude, the youngest member of our family continues to grow.
Sunday saw the Christening of baby Jude in South Wales, followed by a "Mad Hatter's" Tea party. Lee, Sarah and Jude enjoyed a lovely day surrounded by family and friends.
Meanwhile back in Pissouri we made our way down to Rantzo's taverna to see a Neil Diamond tribute act, although not a lookalike, his voice was was very good.
The Easter (UK) weekend started with a visit to "The Plaice" for a fish supper, we then made our way to the 1911 to take part in their regular quiz. The following evening we met up with friends, Sally and Billy from the Channel Island of Alderney and we had a superb meal in O'Vraka restaurant. The following morning we took a long walk into the Countryside of Pissouri, the weather was bright and breezy and the views were spectacular.
Today baby Jude celebrates being six months old and his preparing for his forthcoming Christening.
Thursday saw us down at the Pissouri Cafe bar celebrating St. Patricks day with a few pints of Guinness and a menu of Pam's Guinness pie and Corn beef sliders. On a brisk Spring evening we took a walk over the paths in the local countryside and saw a lovely sunset.
We spent a couple of hours in Paphos, it was a blustery day and there were some decent waves crashing into the sea wall. As we sat on the front enjoying lunch the "Marathon flame" for tomorrows Paphos marathon, was escorted into the town by a number of runners.
The following day went made our way over to Curium beach, we took a long stroll down the foreshore, watched the para-gliders making lazy circles in the sky and stopped off for a frappe in the warm sunshine.
Meanwhile in South Wales, Jude keeps growing and he showed off his new booties.
