Unusually hot weather (for May) has arrived in Cyprus with temperatures climbing up to the 33 C.
This type of weather is more associated with August and s quite uncomfortable.
On Sunday we popped over to the Ampeli restaurant in Pissouri bay and bumped into Lisa B who was celebrating her birthday by having lunch with her family.
After a superb souvla lunch were were lucky enough to try the delicious birthday cake.
We took a trip down to the Pissouri Cafe bar and the owner, Alex, handed out some staff T- shirts to us. Although none of us were very keen to start our bar duties.
