This week Rob went for his first Covid 19 vaccination jab at the “Spyros Kyprianou” Athletic Center sports centre in Limassol. The process was quick, efficient and painless, although the following day he did suffer some mild side effects, such as sore joints and tiredness.
Saturday turned out to be a hot and muggy day so we drove to Kryiana beach hoping for some cooling breeze. There was not a breath of wind and Mediterranean sea was like a sheet of glass. We enjoyed a glass of wine and a lovely lunch with several friends.
On Sunday we attended our first BBQ of the year when Jane and RT invited us to their house. RT donned his favourite apron and cooked up some lovely food.
