On another warm Saturday evening, Mandy and several friends popped over to Pissouri Amphitheatre to see the show "Jersey Boys ".
The show was well attended and the crowd were entertained by a very Professional show.

Avdimou Meze, and Swing music in the Bay
On a beautiful, calm evening we drove over to the Antonis taverna in the village of Avdimou with Jane and RT. We enjoyed a very good meze meal as a full moon rose in the night sky above the minaret of Avdimou mosque. Rob even tried the sheep's testicles .
The Pissouri bay cafe was the venue for a night of live swing music featuring Michael Antoniou accompanied on keyboards by Renad Nourmanchine. Michael was also joined on stage by his 10 year old son, Mathew, for a couple of songs, both are through to first stages of the TV show "Greece has got talent".
We thoroughly enjoyed an evening of good food, good company and great music.

Heatwave and Elvis birthday night.
We think that this has been the longest heatwave we have seen since we have lived on the Island.
We normally do not use the air conditioning units, but has been a must over the last couple of weeks, especially night. We normally get a cooling breeze from the West, but we have had little or no breeze to help conditions.
To celebrate Sylvia's 82 nd birthday we popped over to the Sappire bar in Paphos. After a very good meal we were entertained by Chris King 's Elvis Tribute show.
The birthday celebrations ended with a "Hen night " at the Pissouria restaurant. Sylvia's friends toasted the lady in style and all the guests enjoyed a meal of suckling pig.
