Cyprus -May 2006

 We booked another trip to Cyprus , we flew from Bristol airport with Air Malta and rented a house in Pissouri and explored the surrounding area.

We were picked up at the airport  by local resident, Mark,  and taken to  the house on Alexandria heights. This was an important fact finding trip, that went a long way to decieding if we were going to make the move to Cyprus. 

In the evening we went down to the Moonlight Tavern which was run buy Mario and Antonios. Once again we learned a lot more about living in Cyprus.

The following day we picked up a rental car and drove to Paphos and then onto Ayios Georgious, where there is a small harbour and church with a wonderful painted ceiling.

The Next day we headed out to Kourim beach which lies just to the East of Pissouri. The beach has 3 restaurants along the front and the colour of the water is spectacular.

On our final evening we stay in had a few drinks on the patio, watched the sunset and talked about all we had learned on this trip.
